Better service and improved wait times

With our QLess 'virtual line' system, it's easy to receive service at our London Campus (1001 Fanshawe College Blvd.) and our London Downtown Campus (130 and 137 Dundas Street). QLess replaces physical lines and waiting with virtual, mobile lines. When you need assistance or have a question, you can use the new QLess system to join a virtual queue.

How it works:

  1. Join a virtual line from anywhere
  2. Wait wherever you want
  3. Receive wait time updates by text
  4. Get notified when it's your turn to be served.

Download the QLess app to join a virtual line at Fanshawe right from your phone.

Roam freely while you wait wherever you want, however you want. QLess simply alerts you on your phone as your turn is approaching. You can manage your spot in line with text commands (M = request more time. L = leave the line. H = help. N# = notify me X number of minutes before I reach the front of the line).

You can also join a virtual line using an on-site service kiosk in one of our waiting areas. Once you're in the virtual queue, you can either continue waiting in the lobby or leave and do other things until your turn arrives. QLess will provide you with text updates on where you are in line and will predict wait times so you can arrive when we are ready to serve you. If you are waiting for service, you will be able to see your place in line and your estimated wait time on a monitor in the waiting area.

 

Note: Students with accessibility needs can enter a virtual queue via text message.
