Brief interruption (downtime) April 28 to 29
From 3 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28 until 6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 29, students will not be able to access grades or unofficial transcripts in WebAdvisor. This temporary outage is needed while we complete end-of-term processing. After April 29 at 6 p.m., your updated grades and academic standing information will be available.
Graduates:
Fanshawe's credentialing process will begin May 1 and continue until all eligible students' records have been updated ("credentialed") in our system. You can check your status on your unofficial transcript in WebAdvisor. After your status changes to "Graduate" in our system, you will receive an email within 24 hours. This email will include a link to access:
- Your official digital transcript
- Your digital credential
- Your completion letter
Status updates begin May 1, and all emails are expected to be sent by May 13, 2026.
