To mark the 82nd anniversary of D-Day, Fanshawe will host "When Daylight Comes: The Canadians on D-Day," a travelling virtual exhibition presented through Canada Company’s Honouring Bravery military history learning program.
Canada Company is a non-partisan charity dedicated to supporting military personnel and recognizing their contributions.
The exhibit honours the courage and sacrifice of the Canadians who landed on the beaches of Normandy on June 6, 1944, and is designed to help students and the community better understand the impact the Canadian Armed Forces have had on Canada and around the world.
The exhibition will be on display from May 30 to June 8 in Innovation Village (Red Zone, London Campus).
