All About Beekeeping

Cinnamon honey, blueberry honey, clover honey, it is all delicious and the bees that create it are fascinating creatures. We will explore the basics of beekeeping - the why, the how to, and the products you can extract from keeping your own colony. Bees are the main contributor for pollinating 1/3 of the world's food supply. Not only can you gain an interesting and delicious hobby, but you can help the environment through natural food production. Last class includes a hive tour and honey tasting field trip. This course will give you a real BUZZZZ!
