Architectural Technology is a three-year Ontario college advanced diploma program. Students will learn the principles of building design, contemporary building methods, and structural and environmental engineering. Graduates of this program will bring their knowledge and experience through a co-op program to their career as an architectural technologist.

This two-year program equips international graduates with in-demand IT skills, covering infrastructure support, networking, and security in the first year. The second year focuses on advanced systems and solutions architecture. Graduates are prepared for roles in IT support, systems administration, and network security.

This course will focus on providing students with an understanding of different CRM Architectures. Students will learn the major factors involved with assessing technology requirements and implementations. Through hands-on activities students will develop the knowledge to use, integrate and manage CRM technology to support many sales and marketing processes.

This course applies vector algebra and trigonometry to the analysis of statically determinate structures for civil, architectural and mechanical studies. Students will utilize Newtonian physics and mechanics of rigid bodies to apply the concepts of static equilibrium and free body diagrams in the analysis of two-dimensional structural elements and the loads applied on them. Construction Project Management (CPJ3) is a two-year college graduate program. Students will learn the knowledge and skills required to advance in the construction industry to a management position. Courses focus on theories and practices of modern construction management in residential, industrial, commercial and institutional construction projects. This program builds on the one-year Construction Project Management program by including an additional semester of study as well as one semester of paid co-op.

Ontario’s only two-year Landscape Design Technician Diploma offers hands-on learning in our Design studios and botanical garden campus, with experienced instructors providing industry-ready skills in each course. Design is the primary focus each semester to give you the foundation you need to become a successful landscape designer.

The Honours Bachelor of Interior Design degree program at Fanshawe College prepares students to encompass analysis, space planning, design, documentation and management of interior construction and alteration projects in compliance with regional and national building codes, life-safety standards and regulations. With emphasis on creativity and design thinking, students prepare for a distinct profession with specialized knowledge related to human behaviour theories, research, technical and project-specific design solutions.
