How do I register with Accessibility Services?
Step 1: Compile your disability documentation
Once you submit the Early I.D. Form, you will be asked to submit disability documentation. You can get started preparing this information ahead of time!
For students NOT applying for or receiving OSAP funding
Documentation confirming a disability needs to be submitted to Counselling and Accessibility Services. Please have a regulated health professional complete the Confidential Disability Information Form.
Step 2: Pay your tuition deposit
In order to register with Accessibility Services, first you will need to pay your non-refundable $250 tuition deposit to Fanshawe. This gives you access to FanshaweOnline (FOL), where you can access the Early I.D. form.
Step 3: Submit your EarlyID Form
As soon as you have paid your $250 non-refundable deposit to Fanshawe, and your FanshaweOnline (FOL) account is activated:
- Log in FanshaweOnline.ca (using your WebAdvisor username and password) and click the Resources menu and then Accessibility Online Services.
- Complete the Early I.D. form.
- Press “Register” and follow instructions.
The sooner your Early I.D. is received, the sooner you will be connected with your Accessibility Services (AS) Counsellor to discuss your needs and plan your accommodations for the coming year.
