Verification of Enrolment
An Online Verification of Enrolment Letter (VOEL) is an official document provided electronically by the Office of the Registrar. It can be used as confirmation of your current enrolment. You must be enrolled as a full-time student at Fanshawe College.

Note: students can only access current term Verification of Enrolment letters. All other terms must be requested using the Document Request Form (Domestic Students/International Students).

The Personal Information Change Request form can be used to make changes to your legal name (first, middle or surname), your chosen name, sex or date of birth. Please note, documentation is required to change your legal name or date of birth.
Release of Information
Complete this form to grant permission to a 3rd party (parents, spouse, etc.) to access your personal student information such as grades, fees, etc.
