Developing your emotional intelligence (EI) can have a positive impact on your career. By focusing on your EI, you can improve your personal relationships and your communication skills to achieve stronger professional success. This microcredential will focus on the four elements of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management. By focusing on these elements, students will learn to be more confident, more adaptable, and better-equipped for leadership roles. Learning Outcomes: 1. Identify how workplace issues, communication, and interpersonal competencies are impacted by various psychological processes and organizational factors. 2. Evaluate factors that lead to positive professional identity and productive group dynamics. 3. Explain the relevance of emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and conflict management.
