Zoom and Teams - Set Up and Troubleshoot - Micro-credential
In this short five-hour micro-credential badge on Zoom and Teams - How to Set up and Troubleshoot, students will learn how to set up meetings, manage meetings, troubleshoot when unexpected issues arise and perform high level detail orientated functions in both the Teams and Zoom platforms. With remote work becoming more prevalent in the workforce the need for employees to have additional skills to set them apart. This course will be self-paced, asynchronous, and non-instructor led. Students will need access to a computer and to the internet in order to access the free, open source tools required to complete the active learning exercises, read the publicly available articles and other digital resources (videos websites, etc.) and to connect with the college's Learning Management System. Learning Outcomes: 1. Set up and manage online meetings 2. Create and facilitate break out rooms (Zoom) 3. Explore each platform and describe common features in detail 4.
