Students will explore how personal beliefs, values, experiences, and perceptions influence their image of the self and others. The course will also enhance the interpersonal communication skills of students by providing them with strategies to understand Canadas unique culture, the process of critical reflection, and how to advocate for nursing care issues among other healthcare providers and members of the public.
