Students will learn how to onboard new hires virtually in a way that fosters engagement, two-way communication, knowledge of the corporate culture, and adherence to the organization's mission, vision and values. Students will learn about the various online recruitment platforms, software, tools and techniques to attract job candidates (for all stages of recruitment and selection).
