Construction Project Management (CPJ3) is a two-year college graduate program. Students will learn the knowledge and skills required to advance in the construction industry to a management position. Courses focus on theories and practices of modern construction management in residential, industrial, commercial and institutional construction projects. This program builds on the one-year Construction Project Management program by including an additional semester of study as well as one semester of paid co-op.

This one-year post-grad program is designed for university and college graduates looking for a career in the project management sector. You’ll gain the in-depth knowledge, competencies, skills, tools, and techniques required to plan and execute projects that achieve organizational goals on time and on budget. This program also addresses emerging industry trends through project management courses that cover agile project management, recovery, risk, quality and leadership.

If you’ve considered a career in law, this one-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate program will give you the knowledge to make a career providing legal services within the paralegal’s scope of practice.

If you’re already working as an early childhood educator and wish to build on your successes, the Childhood Development Practitioner Apprenticeship program is specifically designed for you. Upon successful completion of this program, you’ll graduate with an Ontario College Certificate in Early Childhood Education. The apprenticeship portion of this program will provide a meaningful learning experience in child development and best practices in early childhood, making you more valuable to your current or future employer.

The General Carpenter program teaches apprentices to measure, shape, cut and construct forms for concrete pouring, create foundations, floors, walls and ceilings and build stairs, counters and cupboards -- all under the direction of experienced workers and employers, both on the job and in the classroom. This apprenticeship program will leave students with developed manual dexterity, organization skills and the ability to visualize how pieces come together.

With Fanshawe’s Industrial Mechanic – Millwright program, you’ll be ready to begin a career where you’ll be installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and tools used to do the dirty work.

Auto Body Repair Techniques is a one-year Ontario college certificate that prepares students to enter the auto body field. Students within this program will learn practical skills used by entry level auto body repairers: welding, refinishing, metalworking and body repair. Graduating students will feel confident to assess vehicle damage, develop repair estimates using proper etiquette, and work with common industry software.

Building Renovation Technology is a three-year advanced diploma program with a co-operative education component. Students will learn to plan, implement, and lead building and renovation projects. Graduates of this program will be equipped with proven skills through two co-op education work terms.

Agricultural Equipment Technician is an Ontario College Certificate program that trains students to repair and maintain tractors and harvesting equipment. Students will develop the skills to work on engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical and electronic systems. The apprenticeship program will allow you to train under the direction of experienced workers.

Auto Body and Collision Damage Repairer combines in-class learning with an apprenticeship component. Students will learn to restore, repair, and replace auto body parts and interior finishings. Graduates of the program will feel confident in assessing damage and estimating the cost of the repairs.
