There's nothing in this world like sushi, a healthy food choice with unique flavors and textures and beautiful presentation. Our chef will teach you the ins and outs of sushi, including how to make proper sushi rice and California rolls. Learn how to eat sushi as the Japanese do when you taste your creations at the end of class! Hands-on demonstration course.
