Occupational Therapist Assistant and Physiotherapist Assistant is a two-year Ontario College Diploma program where students learn the fundamentals of anatomy and physiology, rehabilitation, professional communication, musculoskeletal conditions, and neurological skills. Graduates will be prepared to work under the direction of occupational therapists and/or physiotherapists.

A career as a level II dental assistant requires dynamic technical and interpersonal skills to provide patient care and chair-side support assisting dentists before, during and after a wide variety of procedures including fillings, crowns and extractions. The Early Childhood Education program combines theory and coursework with real experience in the field. Students will learn the importance of play in children's learning, family involvement, and curriculum design. Graduates will be qualified to work in a variety of jobs including child care centres, early learning and family centres.

The Community Integration Through Co-Operative Education is a program designed for students with with developmental disabilities, acquired brain injuries and other significant learning challenges. Learning Facilitators provide support and modifications to students in courses while focusing on the student’s strengths. Students will select one of five areas of interest to study and complete three field placements in their area of interest. Successful students will receive a Certificate in CICE upon graduation.

The Carpentry and Renovation Technician two-year college diploma program combines in-class learning with two co-operative education work terms. Students will learn the skills to handle tools, read blueprints, material methods, and construction practices. Graduates will also gain advanced skills in leadership and management through the study and application of quantity surveying, estimating, small business operation, scheduling, and property development.

The Developmental Services Worker program is a two-year Ontario college diploma for students interested in having a direct impact on the lives of people with developmental disabilities. You will become a highly skilled practitioner able to deliver person-directed support through courses that promote mental and physical health, develop interpersonal and interprofessional skills and foster independence and positive behaviour supports. New graduates are employed as direct supports professionals or educational assistants.

Fanshawe's four-year Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Management) Degree program will give you a well-rounded education focused on effective business management. Through our business management degree program, you will acquire a strong grasp of business fundamentals in the classroom and build on that knowledge through both hands-on experience and mentoring. This business management degree focuses on in-demand concepts such as sustainable business practices and effective ethical leadership from the local, national and global perspectives.

The Health Care Administration Management program is for international graduate students with previous education/experience in health sciences. Courses will provide you with business and leadership skills to work within the Canadian health care system. Students graduating from this program will find employment opportunities within medical clients, physician practices, hospitals and more.
