For the beginner or more experienced golfer who may wish to correct bad habits. Students MUST bring their own clubs. All classes are 5 sessions long. Classes are not interchangable (ie. if you register for Class 1, you may not make up class nor take session in another class). Class maximum is 8 students.
This course is built upon previously learned Patissier techniques to facilitate the study of the finer aspects of baking and patisserie arts. Students will lean to create more complicated and intricate cakes such as tiered wedding cakes, artistic showpieces produced with chocolate, boiled sugar, gum paste and pastillage.
This course will introduce students to the role and significance of metrology in TQM and Quality Assurance. Basic techniques on the use of precision instruments, their calibration, and applications are introduced. The basics of surface measurement and geometric measurements are introduced.
